I am a Santa Monica College student relocating from the central coast for school in mid-August. I am seeking a room within a five-mile radius of the campus.
I am pursuing a nursing degree and will have classes from Monday to Thursday. As an avid surfer, I am passionate about the beach and maintain a relaxed demeanor.
My monthly budget ranges from $1,500 to $2,000. I am particularly interested in in-unit laundry facilities and off-street parking.
