I have one roommate you will be sharing a room with, and two other roommates in a separate room who are all in the ward. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2-bath, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. Rent is $1275 per month, $1425 including parking in the apartment garage. This includes utilities. The complex includes a rooftop hot tub, washers and dryers, fitness center, dry sauna, study lounges and is only a 10 minute walk from UCLA! It’s in a great location on the Westside, close to Westwood, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills etc.
