SEEKING FEMALE ROOMMATE(S)

Hi!

I graduated from BYU a year ago and will be moving to LA in mid-September to start my grad program at UCLA. I’m looking for a female roommate or roommates somewhere in West LA close to UCLA campus if possible. I’m a clean, friendly, and quiet roommate and I don’t have pets and would prefer to live somewhere without pets if possible, but it’s not a necessity. My preferred budget is $1200 or less per month, which I know is hard to find so I do have some flexibility. The earliest I can begin to pay rent is the start of September. Please reach out to me at 509-714-3126 if you know of any openings!

SEEKING MALE ROOMMATE(S)

Hello!

I'm graduating from BYU at the end of April and will be looking for single male housing in Los Angeles starting on April 27th or early May. I would require a cat friendly/ESA private room and am hoping to keep rent below $1,400/month

I work in post audio for film, so sometimes I'll be working on my speakers in my room, but mostly will be on headphones or working at the studio. I'm a fairly outgoing person, though I do enjoy the occasional alone time in my room. But I love the idea of having game nights or having friends over to hang out, or go out and do something together as roommates! I'm extremely clean and tidy, especially because I don't want my cat to stink up the apartment, and make every assurance I can that she doesn't.

Please reach out to me, Chance at 469-271-4267 if you are also seeking male housing roommates.

Open Male or Female room in Marina Del Rey/Culver City area

Open Male or Female room in Marina Del Rey/Culver City area

Our house is conveniently located just off the 405 and the 90 in Marina Del Rey in a great and safe neighborhood. We are a short walk, bike, or drive from Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble, several theatres, and amazing restaurants.  Just a stone's throw from the ocean, you can find yourself surfing or just soaking in the sun within minutes.

The house itself is a lovely two story structure with a front yard and back patio. There are 5 other roommates (2 men and 3 women) who all have private rooms. There is a new washer/dryer in the house, three fridges (each person gets half a fridge), dishwasher, central AC/heating and a gas grill in the back. The internet and WiFi situation is amazing, as one of the roommates works in IT.

The room is the smallest in the house, and while a queen size bed will fit, most previous roommates have gone with a full/double. There is a closet and two windows to provide natural light and air circulation. The bathroom is shared with one roommate and has a shower/tub. Rent is $960/mo + utilities (1/6 split) and $1000 deposit. Available November 1st or sooner if needed.

Please feel free to contact me with any interest or questions you may have.

Searching for female roommates

My name is Grace Shirley, I'm a student at BYU-Idaho and I have an internship with the Church's Public Affairs Office by the temple. My internship is quite short, and I'll only be in LA from the beginning of October to Mid-December. Because my internship is on temple grounds, I'm looking for housing that's relatively nearby, but I'm flexible.

A bit about me: I'm 23, and I actually served my mission here in Los Angeles, so I love this city with all my heart. I'm very excited to be back, and to explore more! I love the beach, reading, going on walks, roller skating, and spending time with people. I'm very outgoing, and I'm also very clean and tidy, I promise!!

I'd prefer female roommates, and my budget is $1800. Please reach out to me at gracelizshirley@gmail.com or my cell, (208) 821-8755.

Searching for female roommates

My name is Lauren Carroll, I am looking for a private female bedroom anywhere in the Santa Monica area. My budget is $1200-$1600, but I would prefer places that are on the cheaper end of that range. I am looking to move to the area sometime in August to work and volunteer before applying to physical therapy school next year.

A little about me: I am 24 and just recently graduated with my bachelor's in Exercise Science. I currently live in Utah, but am originally from Texas and lived overseas for 8 years with my family in Kazakhstan and England. I love seeing new places and trying new foods, and am looking forward to explore the area!

If anyone has any places available please email me at carrolllauren22@gmail.com. Thank you!

Searching for female roommates

Hi! My name is Dana Heywood and I'm moving to LA from Boston, MA. I recently graduated from Law School and will be in West LA for my job. I am looking for housing starting in September but would be open to August if needed. I am looking to live in any of the following areas: Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Mar Vista, and Mid City.

My ideal living situation is living with a couple of girls from the ward, but am open to anything at the moment. The max I would like to spend is $1300 on housing, but that is a little bit flexible! Also, a pet-free place is a must for me because of allergies. Lastly, would love parking (not sure if that is a fight out in LA or not).

A little bit about myself. I love me some sports, hiking, anything Broadway musicals, and honestly just being outside. I am very much looking forward to the sunshine! If you have any questions or leads please feel free to reach out.
